If your Mountains Move purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within one month (30 days) of purchase for a full refund. To submit a return, please follow the steps below:

• Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
• Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
• Drop-off the package at your nearest USPS location.

Please allow up to two weeks (14 days) for your refund to process.
